Michelle SimmonsMichelle obtained her M.Hsc in November 2020 from the University of Toronto, completing her final clinical internship in the Language Sciences Lab under the supervision of Dr. Elizabeth Rochon. In addition to her work in the Lab, Michelle is currently employed as a Clinical Research Coordinator in the Steele Swallowing Rehabilitation Research Lab of the KITE Institute at University Health Network. Building upon her previous career as a professional singer (M. Mus, 2005), Michelle’s clinical and research interests include language, communication, swallowing and voice rehabilitation in adult populations.
